Visualization to achieve goals

Set goals, visualize then achieve it’s that simple! This technique is great to help you achieve your daily goals throughout your day.   Take 5- 10 minutes out of your day either in the morning before your day starts, or the night before your hectic day. Write a list of all the important things you have to do, for example: write 2 blog posts, write up 4 emails, attend a networking event, and post on 5 forums. Once you have made it clear to the universe what the goals are that you wish to achieve. Look down your list and visualize yourself accomplishing every single goal you wrote down. Spend 2 minutes visualizing each goal. Do this every time you have a hectic day planned ahead, the importance is that you do it ahead of time. Remember visualization is how we influence things and situations to our way by making a dominant blueprint in our subconscious minds with the images we conceive, have fun with it! Do I really need to be self-aware?

The Law of Attraction is obedient to you and the frequencies you are sending out continuously. The problem is that when we lack awareness of self, it can seem like the universe and LOA is working against you. This is simply NOT the case. You are working against yourself. No-one wants to hear that, as surely no one would like to think that they are intentionally attracting the things they don’t want to themselves by choice. The truth is if you are attracting things into your life that you do not want, it is because you are choosing to focus on and entertain thoughts, that are not serving you, so therefore it is your choice. You CHOSE where to put your focus. This is why self-awareness is vital to transform things into the way you wish them to be. Knowledge of self is a must. To change your life you must change your story, by changing your story, you change your vibration, by changing your vibration, you change your life! Ritual to protect yourself from negative people

Powerful technique to protect yourself from negative comments and people. This practice may take up to 30 days for you to master, stay consistent. Affirmations to be practiced daily– I reflect greatness and greatness comes back to me. I reflect love and love comes back to me. I reflect alignment and alignment reflects through me.   Meditate every morning– This is to set you in your higher vibration throughout your day. This will give you your best start for more momentum of alignment to carry you through your day ahead.   Ball of protection– After meditation, visualize a bright white light beaming from the crown of your head, spiralling down, then around your body creating a ball of protection around you. The ball of light that you create around you is the power light of protection. This high energy light is a powerful force that reflects any negativity thrown at you back to the source of negativity. How to connect with your career and business spirit guide.

We have many spirit guides that help us with different stages and situations of our life. Some like to stick and translate just the one guide as it feels easier for them to connect too. I.e. The amazing Esther Hicks claims she likes to translate the one as she feels more comfortable that way and that is of course Abraham. The choice is completely up to you. But the truth is we have many guides, and today I am going to guide you on a few simple yet very effective steps for you to have contact with your career and business spirit guide. 7 simple tips for a beautiful deep meditation

  A question I get asked a lot is Estelle I can’t seem to meditate properly, what am I doing wrong? Firstly I would like to say is that no one is doing anything wrong, even if you haven’t yet experienced deep meditations, easing yourself in to such a relaxed state and relaxing your mind still does wonders for you mentally and physically, and is still helping you stay focused. You are doing great. I have tried and tested many different ways to meditate but this particular way I am sharing with you today, is what my clients and I find to be the most effective, and I would love to help you too. So I have decided to give you 7 simple tips that I think will be of a great advantage to you, to help you achieve a deep meditation.   Tip 1: First of all I would say, I highly recommend you invest in some good headphones, when you can hear the music or affirmations in good quality, loud and clear in your ears, I have found it eases you in to a meditative state a lot more quickly. If you don’t have these it’s okay you can still achieve a deep mediation. Tip 2: Pick a beautiful, tranquil, deep, sensual instrumental piece of music or even classical. Once you break an unwanted habitual way of thinking that has been blocking what you want, you cause a vibrational shift within yourself and the universe, resulting in a new frequency being projected from you. The new frequency you project will be received and reflected back to you by the Law of Attraction in manifested form. When you break the cycle and become a vibrational match to what you want, the world that you have been creating vibrationally for a while will begin to emerge and that’s when you will witness what some call magic! Never be too hard yourself it is all about practice. Some things will take a day or so, other things may take months or years. It is all down to how much you can stay up to speed with the new you. Are your meditations boring you? Try this!

When you have been meditating for a long time you may have found that after a long period, your meditations are not giving you the same buzz and deep higher connection like they used to. If you have found that you have been experiencing this very thing lately, do not worry. Making this little adjustment will work magic for you dedicated meditators out there! The trick is very simple, here it is………….. Do the opposite to what you would normally do! Go outside, change the room, change your position and music. For example: I got into the habit of meditating in the evening laying down in my bed, now don’t get me wrong I have had some amazing meditations in my bed, but I found for around 3 months my meditations were nice, but not reaching the levels I know are more than achievable for me to reach. One night I decided enough is enough, I’m bored I need something more. In my bedroom, I have a balcony that backs onto a beautiful view of the woods behind my house. I had this insane urge to want to be under the stars on this one particular night. I opened up my balcony doors, set up my sacred space with candles, sage, and crystals. Instead of laying down, I sat up. I wanted to do the complete opposite to what I would normally do. Stop the fear and go for gold!

Mr. Fear likes to show his face right at the point when you are about to stretch out of your comfort zone and do something new. I.e. Starting a new business, leaving a relationship, leaving an old job, or going for a job interview the list goes on. It’s when you are stepping into the unknown your trained subconscious mind trying to keep you in your ‘comfort zone’ with the illusion of fear. I love the phrase F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real. The only thing you ever find when you step into fear is that there was nothing to be fearful of in the first place, Or that’s where all your dreams were hiding. Either way, you’re a winner!   Fear is this horrible disease that if you let control you it will eat you alive and spread to other areas of your life. It’s time to go for gold and step into the unknown. The little doubtful voice in your head telling you can’t and feeding you all the reason why you can’t, backed up by the Law of Attraction, is just your trained mind trying to keep you in the same place. Inversion meditation

Things you will need for your inversion meditation for ultimate results! (If you do not have any of the below, still continue with your inversion meditation) . Quiet space . Candles . Adventurine crystal . Sage . Headphones only try this meditation if you are fit and healthy, if not please consult your doctor before. Before you begin your meditation whilst in your ‘quite place’ pick an image of something that satisfies you that you would like to experience and manifest. It does not matter what image you choose as long as the image in your mind pleases you. I.e. Your lover, children, business/ career success, anything! Get clear on your success image, then you are ready to begin…………….. Step 1. Hang upside down for 3 minutes, you can do this easily on your sofa or chair you don’t need an inversion chair for this. Take long and light breaths whilst laying upside down, purposely focus on your breathing whilst at this stage. Step 2. Once your 3 minutes has completed lean round into a laying down position with your head pointing towards the ceiling. press play, close your eyes and begin to meditate to this meditation that has been specially carved out for you.
