- Visualize your goal, dream or desire for 3 minutes
- After visualization begin to write about your desire. (talk about how you feel)
- Visualize the ‘middle’ (your glorious moment whatever that maybe be, the juicy bit where you get what you want) for a further 3 minutes.
- Visualize the feeling of feeling accomplished and empowered as if you have already achieved your goal and moving on to your next big dream. Do this for a final 3 minutes.
- Write about it.
Visualize, write, visualize, write, visualize and write then ……
Once you have completed the above 6 steps light a candle and stare into the flame for a further 3 minutes.
Whether that be a guided mediation or complete silence whichever way feels more comfortable to you.
Enjoy the thoughts that begin to slowly flow back to you regarding your desire.
